I had never played a Diablo game before 3, though I am a fan of ARPGs. I knew Diablo was kind of the gold standard, even though 3 has a bit of a bad reputation, so when I saw the game on sale for cheap with the expansion I had to grab it.
Virginia, unfortunately, did not do much for me. It' another walking sim/light puzzle game, this time with a detective story. The art's got a really unique style, and the music is alright, but the story just didn't grab me.
Yakuza 0 is one of those games that took a while to click for me. I remember picking it up and dropping it a few hours later, not picking it up again for a couple years. I finally did, and Yakuza has become one of my favorite series ever.
Burly Men at Sea is a cute little adventure/light puzzle game centered around Scandinavian folklore. It's designed around multiple playthroughs, each designed to be played in a single sitting.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is divisive among fans of the series. Released more than a decade after KH2 with numerous spinoffs in between, it disappointed a lot of the fans. The story, at this point, is mostly nonsense. I freely admit that I haven't played all the spinoff games and thus don't understand most...
