Zwei: The Arges Adventure

Zwei is one of those games I've had in my library forever but have just not got around to playing. Being a big fan of Falcom's Ys games, I finally decided to give it a try, and while the art and music are fantastic, the gameplay didn't really do it for me.
After a rather wordy intro sequence, you're dumped in a dungeon with fairly standard hack and slash gameplay. It's a bit clunky, to be expected for a game originally from 2001. I sadly didn't have a ton of fun with it in the half hour I played. The visuals really are nice though. I'm marking this one as Uninstall - maybe I'll like the sequel a bit better.
Verdict: Uninstall
