Void Bastards is a roguelike shooter where you travel to procedurally generated spaceships and salvage parts from them. It plays fine enough, but it didn't really grip me.

The humor is British and didn't do too much for me. The shooting is just okay, I played with a controller and it feels alright but nothing like Call of Duty or Destiny. The sci fi spaceship theme is nice, but I sometimes struggle with these roguelike games. The inherent grind-start over-grind of the gameplay just doesn't always go it for me. Having to start back at the beginning, even carrying over items and recipes, just annoys me.

The game is definitely well made and deserves its good reviews, but it isn't for me.
