Slay the Spire

Slay the Spire is the card game that kicked off the genre's resurgence. It's incredibly well made, with a bunch of content and a thriving mod community.

Whenever I play other card games, I usually end up thinking to myself "I should just play Slay the Spire instead". I like all the characters, each have very differently playstyles and builds, and while the runs can get a bit repetitive, there's enough variety in cards and items to last quite a while.

Verdict: Endless/Timewaster
