Game Dev Story: Expanded. Found a dev studio, hire staff, and make games.Mix and match genres and types to see what fans and critics like. Try to increase sales and improve review scores. Rinse and repeat. Fun for a while. I wouldn't recommend playing these games back to back, but they can be fun in small bursts.
