EBF4 is a traditional RPG, full of quests, locations to explore, loot, characters, and tons of enemies and summons. The graphics and humor bring back memories of playing Flash games for hours on end - this game is a joy to play and is totally confident and unashamed of its roots.

Any RPG fan should play this game, and the whole series. To use a single word, this game is full of soul. It's JRPG distilled down to its most basic form, and despite being a distinctly western game it nails the genre perfectly. Combat is smooth, loot feels important, and the cast of characters never gets old. It doesn't take itself seriously, and you shouldn't either, but you should definitely play this game if you've ever enjoyed a JRPG.
