Driveclub is a fantastic simcade racer for the PS4. Ther'es a ton of content in the single player campaign, and a ton of DLC released that adds on a ton of races and extra cars. No nonsense here; there's no story mode or dialogue or open world that you see in most modern racing games. Driveclub is all about the racing.

I really liked Driveclub. The racing feels great, and the weather and graphics still look incredibly almost 10 years later. It's a shame this game got taken off the shelves for licensing issues, because it's still one of the best pure racing games around. If you can find a copy, give it a try. The standalone Bikes expansion is fantastic as well.
